INTRODUCTION

The Law on Public-Private Partnership was adopted on December 7, 2022, and came into effect on December 31, 2023. The Public-Private Partnership Center, a state-owned enterprise, was established on October 18, 2024, and is now actively operating.

PARTNERSHIP PROJECT DEVELOPMENT FUND

SOURCES OF FUNDING

  • State budget financing
  • Concessional loans, aid, donations, and other funding from international organizations
  • Fund investment, payments for partnership project preparation, and income from the operations of the Partnership Center
  • Government guarantee fees
  • Other sources permitted by law

EXPENDITURES

  • Project preparation activities, full project analysis, and risk assessments
  • Operational costs of the Partnership Center and professional consulting services
  • Expenses related to the selection and negotiation of private sector partners
  • Activities to promote partnership development, raise awareness both domestically and internationally, and create a transparent and stable environment
  • Other operational expenses as specified in the fund’s regulations
