The PPP Center of Mongolia continues to provide legal guidance, consultations, and information sessions to stakeholders in accordance with the Law on Public–Private Partnership.

On April 8, 2025, the center hosted an information session for Monnis Group, a private company experienced in previous concession-based projects. The session focused on updated legal requirements and procedures under the current PPP framework.

Eligible sectors for PPP implementation include:

• Energy and heating supply
• Waste and water management
• Transportation infrastructure
• Food security systems
• Public logistics centers
